All our fruit wines are handcrafted in Coorg, Karnataka. Our coffee is also sourced from the renowned coffee-growing region of Coorg.

We offer handcrafted fruit wines and premium Coorg coffee, with new flavours introduced from time to time.
3. Are your products made using natural ingredients?
Yes. We use carefully selected ingredients and maintain high standards of quality and hygiene throughout the production process.
4. How should I store my wine?
Store the bottle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening and consume within the recommended period.

Store coffee in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from heat, moisture, and direct sunlight.
6. How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
7. How long will delivery take?
Estimated delivery time is:
- Karnataka: 2–4 business days
- Rest of India: 3–7 business days
8. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
9. What payment methods do you accept?

10. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
11. Do you accept returns?
No. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns after delivery.
12. When am I eligible for a refund or replacement?
Refunds or replacements are considered only if the product is damaged during transit and a continuous unedited unboxing video is submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
